We measure, build and fit touring drawer systems and dual-battery setups for Sydney camping enthusiasts — one vehicle at a time, in our Ultimo workshop. No flat-pack guesswork, no mystery wiring, no cable ties holding up your fridge.

Dual-battery systems
Spec- Lithium or AGM auxiliary, sized to your fridge run-time
- 25 A / 40 A DC-DC charger with solar input
- Fused at both ends, heat-shrunk, loomed and labelled
- Battery monitor mounted where you can actually read it

Load- Slides rated and bolted to chassis-backed plates
- Tilt slides for wagons with high load floors
- Recessed track and rated anchor points

Fix- Second-hand rig inherited with dodgy wiring? We strip and redo it

How a fitout runs
Four stages. You sign off before the drill comes out.

Measure & talk trip
Bring the vehicle to Ultimo for 30 minutes. We measure the load area, weigh up your fridge, water and recovery gear, and work out what actually needs to live in a drawer.

Spec sheet & fixed quote
You get a one-page spec sheet: materials, runner ratings, battery capacity, charger amps, outlet list and a fixed price. Nothing changes without a new sheet.

Build & fit in bay
Cabinetry is cut and assembled on the bench, wiring is loomed and labelled, then the whole lot goes into your rig. One to four days depending on scope.

Sign-off & shakedown
We load-test every circuit, torque-check every anchor, then walk you through the system. Book a free re-torque after your first trip — corrugations find everything.
